Ankh Consulting International was first incorporated in Canada in 2021 and opened in Rwanda in 2023 with the mission to support businesses, governments and educational institutions that aspire to be truly inclusive by providing training and consulting services to build diverse and authentic environments where everyone can fully realize their potential and put their talents to contribution.

What We Do

Upper management, we are here to help! We offer solutions tailored to your needs whether it’s related to building better interpersonal relationships with your staff, improve morale or improve internal communications within your organization, we will work with you to elaborate a plan suitable to you. We offer a wide range of solutions from one-on-one coaching to several sessions with all your middle to upper management team.

When it comes to public relations, we understood that messages need to be tailored to each specific audience. Our international expertise and knowledge of various languages is extremely valued when it comes to presenting services/products to various groups.

Our Founder’s life experience is very rich and atypical. She knows first hand the struggles of finding your place in a world often unkind and seeking to alienate you. With time, she found her purpose and her sense of belonging. Her excellent communication skills allow her to inspire those she addresses and provide guidance to those wishing to get help on their journey, just as she received it.

We are certified in Project Management from the Project Management Institute. We can help your organization in all stages of your project: from Initiating to Closing a project (including Monitoring and Evaluation). From small to big projects, we understand the intricate details that make a project successful on all levels and the importance of implementing the proper communication channels to ensure its success.
Organizations and people often struggle with change, but change is a constant. We are here to help you manage change whether in processes or work culture to succeed in having a distinct advantage, implement your vision and bring staff on bord the new direction you are taking. For us, it is important that any transformation process be inclusive and well communicated to the team.

Emotional intelligence can be practiced. While for some of us it seems to come naturally, for others it can be quite a challenge. It is defined as: “the ability to understand and manage your own emotions, as well as recognize and influence the emotions of those around you.” Today, psychologists agree that emotional intelligence is a crucial part in leadership and that IQ alone is not sufficient to lead.
We are here to help you and your team develop these skills and value them in the workplace and in business deals. We can organize one-on-one coaching or team sessions to suit your needs.

In a profoundly divided world, where trust is not easily built or maintained, how do we bridge the gaps and reconcile between people and groups? It starts with respect. There can be no reconciliation or relationship building/re-building unless there is a foundation of respect.

We help teams cultivate compassion, define respect and address the roots of the problems that led to the divisions. This is a journey.
